I've just been thinking lately, about every one's different views on things, like racism, and gay rights, and I really don't see what the big deal is! I mean, yes, I am a Christian, but I don't see anywhere in the Bible, where it says, to judge someone on the way that they want to live their lives. Everyone SHOULD be able to live their lives in peace, without being judged on their actions, it's not right, for us, or anyone but God to do! And even religion! There are people out there who don't believe in the same God as we might, but that doesn't give us the right to try to change their beliefs, that is their decision!

Look at the people, that are slash, they are some of the nicest people that you will ever meet! And we can't rule them out of Heaven, just like we can't rule race out of Heaven.

To some of you, this might bother you, but it is a very strong topic with me: I know quite a few male homosexuals, and also quite a few female homosexuals, and they would do anything for you if you asked them to!

I will admit, there are times where I judge someone, as does anyone, no matter what they say, but I'm trying to not do so. At first, I didn't like Obama, not because of his race, but because of his views, and back-ground, but now, after one of the video's below, he is a good President! No one should feel judged, in any one's eyes.

I found a few quotes, and 2 videos that I would like to share, if you are willing.

Yes We Can

:::::::Marian Wright Edelman:
If you as parents cut corners, your children will too. If you lie, they will too. If you spend all your money on yourselves and tithe no portion of it for charities, colleges, churches, synagogues, and civic causes, your children won't either. And if parents snicker at racial and gender jokes, another generation will pass on the poison adults still have not had the courage to snuff out.

Robert F. Kennedy:
But suppose God is black? What if we go to Heaven and we, all our lives, have treated the Negro as an inferior, and God is there, and we look up and He is not white? What then is our response?

Elie Wiesel:
The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference. The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference. And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference.
(Oct. 1986)

No government has the right to tell its citizens when or whom to love. The only queer people are those who don't love anybody.

~Rita Mae Brown, speech, 28 August 1982

If homosexuality is a disease, let's all call in queer to work: "Hello. Can't work today, still queer."

~Robin Tyler
