Oh,, this has got to stop. Late night Munching. or as I call it "Easy Weight Gain"
List of Problems
- The perfect moment of choice for "Junk" would be between the hours of 11- 12:30 at night.
- The problem with that is---Dad's room is attached to the back of the kitchen
- Problem with that---We have hardwood floors////they just love to creak at the most convenient times
- You can't burn off food that late at night
- when you can't burn of junk, you gain a chub
- When you gain a chub, you don't look good in a bathing suit.
- NO BATHING SUIT=NO SWIMMING= NOT A GOOD SUMMER
That leaves us with two options. Neither of which strike my fancy.
A.) stop eating the food you crave
B.) start exercising
That decision comes to a.........deep sigh and lap around the house
